Employee Digital Personnel File

One of the core functionalities of the F&O integration is the ability to synchronize Worker (Employee) and Employment Records from D365 Human Resources to and from the Hubdrive Employee and Employment Contract Tables. This feature ensures that all employee information is up-to-date and accurate in both systems, eliminating the need for manual updates and reducing the risk of data inconsistencies. With the Employee Digital Personnel File, organizations can easily access and manage critical employee information such as personal details, employment terms, qualifications, and more.

Organization Management

Another key process supported by the F&O HR integration is the synchronization of department, position, and job records. This ensures that all organizational data is consistently updated across both systems, enabling seamless collaboration and communication within the organization. By streamlining organization management processes, this integration helps organizations to optimize their HR operations and drive greater efficiency and productivity.

Power Extension - Additional Processes

Recruiting (Power Extension)

Define Jobs, empty Positions, and associated Departments in F&O HR. The synchronized data records can be used in the Hubdrive Recruiting module to publish rich vacancies to the Hubdrive Recruiting Portal.

Applicants are automatically tracked against the created Vacancy, and can be hired & synchronized back to F&O HR as Workers. The newly created Workers are placed on the predefined Job, Position and Department, and associated to a chosen legal entity.

Time & Attendance (Power Extension)

On the Employees employment terms, daily work hours are defined for every day of the week, or complex shift patterns can be configured for each Employee. Employees can use the Virtual Time Clock, Physical Terminals (Integration required), or enter their work time manually. Supervisors can review the entered hours, track and approve their reports work time. Approved Leave Requests from F&O HR are synchronized to Hubdrive Leave Requests, to complete the entered work hour data with leave hours taken.
