The position:
As Sales Manager Online Sales you use your sales experience to independently win customers for our HR solution.
Our intensive training program and the challenging product courses will provide you rapidly with the required knowledge for your successful sales performance.
Furthermore you will learn about the future impact that the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform provides to companies and how to use it successfully.
The young and dynamic xRM1 team in Wuerzburg excites and has transformed the global market for HR Management software with cloud computing.

Your Tasks:
Your main task is to follow up on incoming, already qualified leads, to convert them into opportunities and achieve an awarding.
You will guied your prospects through a structured an multi-stage sales process to their purchase decision.
You are proficient in the communication with prospects via email, phone and online video conferencing in English language.
You keep record of results and of the next steps, that you have agreed on with your prospect, in the CRM system.
Based on the contries and regions that you are in charge of, you are focusiing specific time zones. Your work hours are located accordingly.
Your background:
- Proven sales success in the software industry
- The ability to listen carefully and for the perfect requirements analysis
- Goal-oriented and the will to succeed
- Flexibility and enthusiasm
- Curiosity, Energy, Motivation
- Native English Speaker
Ideally in addition (but not compelling)
- Know-How in the HR Management area
- Know-How regarding the Microsoft Dynamics platform
- Skills in German language
