The position:

As experienced Account Manager, you'll utilize your in-depth sales expertise to independently win customers for our HR Solution.

Within a short time,  our intensive training program and the comprehensive product education will provide you with the product expertise for succesful sales actitivies.

You will familiarize yourself with the Dynamics HR Management Solution, realize the future impact of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform for futureproof companies, and learn how to use it successfully.

The  young, dynamic and inspiring xRM1 team in Wuerzburg has transformed the global market for HR Management software with cloud computing.

This is your chance to take on more responsibility, as you negotiate with HR Directors and CxOs on an equal footing.

Due to our current growth, further promotion within the organization is possible.

 

Your tasks:

Your main task is to follow up on incoming, already qualified leads, to convert them into opportunities and make a successful sale. You work with the upper mid-market and enterprise clients, responsible for sales in million dollar range.

You are confident on the international stage,  manage complex decision-making networks in a professional manner, and guide prospects in a structured and multi-level sales process to a purchase decision.

You recognise competitors and potential internal hazards early and are able to solve these in a professional manner, due to your excellent experience and valuable know-how.

You are comfortable in communication with prospects via email, phone, conference call and at the negotiating table in English and German.

You diligently document outcomes and next steps, as agreed with the prospect, in the CRM system.

Based on the countries and regions you serve, you are facing different time zones and working hours.

 

Your backround:

  • Proven sales success with corporate clients.
  • The ability to listen carefully and make appropriate requirement analysis, alongside an integrated and solution orientated mindset.
  • Goal orientated with the will to succeed.
  • Flexibility and enthusiasm
  • Curiousity, Energy, Motivation
  • Fluent German (native speaker)
  • English: Business fluent (C1 or higher)

 

Ideally in addition (but not compelling):

  • Know-how in HR Management
  • Know-how in regard to Microsoft Dynamics platform
