Your role as HR Manager

Do you want to give your career a boost and make a big step up the career ladder? Then we've got something for you!

You will lead our HR Management with a focus on recruiting, employee development and executive coaching.

In recruiting, you ensure that the team grows as planned. In employee development, you help everyone to surpass themselves and in coaching you develop the leadership of the managers.

We are growing significantly. Scaling processes and training additional Hubdrivers are a big part of your daily responsibilities.

Job details

Recruiting is your first focus. You ensure that the team grows as planned.
The Recruiting and Active Sourcing team will work with you towards this.
Of course, this also includes strategic personnel and job planning.

In your second focus you will be involved as a coach for managers.
You are a sparring partner from junior team leaders and department heads all the way to directors and management.
Together with the team leads, you take care of sustainable employee development and the success of the team.
You live our performance-oriented corporate culture.
Important! You ensure that the employees have fun and continue to develop.

If you feel like it, you can also present at events as part of PR and publish articles and blog posts.

Your experience as an HR Manager

You have several years of experience in recruiting and coaching managers. We need your routine here, unfortunately we can't compromise on that.
You are familiar with the latest important methods for recruiting employees and can match these with open vacancies.
You are comfortable with common management methods such as OKR. This is how we work.
You keep a clear head for the most important tasks even in a fast-paced environment.
In any case, you need eloquence, a confident appearance and polished manners. Because the people you will be talking to are established personalities.
Your German and English should be on point.
