The position:


As Head of Sales, you'll utilize your in-depth experience of several years to motivate your sales team daily to record results.

After an intensive training to achieve product expertise for your leadership role, you'll recognise the importance Microsoft Dynamics 365 will play in futureproof businesses, and how it can be succesfully utilized.

You will also discover the competitive advantages of our products, in order to market them profitably on an international level, and lead your team to success.

The  young, dynamic and inspiring xRM1 team in Wuerzburg has transformed the global market for HR Management software with cloud computing.

Your tasks:

Your principle duty is the successful manangement of our sales team in day-to-day operations, combined with the coordination of various operative sales processes.

You are responsible for the professional training and development of the entire department. You also assist with presentation and sales negotiations with CxOs on the international stage.

In addition to optimization of internal department processes and structures, you communicate with customers on an equal footing, recognise new potential for our business solution and always have an overview of the market and competitors.

You monitor sales figures, utilize evaluations, statistics and reports from the CRM system and complete goal-orientated measures. You are aware that a close and contructive cooperation on a management level, and internal collaboration, is necessary in order to guarantee your own success and that of the company.

On occasion, you visit trade fairs and partners, at home and abroad.

 

Your backround:

  • Several years experience in functional and disciplinary leadership of teams with an international background
  • Excellent skills in international B2B sales. 
  • Entrepreneurial and hands-on mindset
  • Extensive know-how in the software industry and the HR Management field
  • Flexible and enthusiastic
  • Team worker, able to work independently and in a structured fashion, with optimal time management.
  • Fluent German
  • English: Business fluent (C1 or higher)

 

Ideally in addition (but not compelling)

  • You bring your own network with you
