Training Demand

Go to Navigation Bar -> HR -> Training Demand

This feature provides you with a detailed overview of all demanded trainings. These are generated automatically as soon as a target, linked to a training, is set during a review.

As usual, you can filter and evaluate the data to see in which area or area further training is required and organized. To do this, click on the small funnel in the upper right corner of the overview. Then you can click on the small arrow in the header of the desired column and set a sorting or filtering according to your wishes.

If you open one of these entries, you will receive further information on this review detail.
