Set up the Broadbean integration
Objective
These instructions will help you to submit your created Vacancies to Broadbean. Broadbean is the market leader among multiposter providers, allowing you to post your job advertisements on thousands of job portals worldwide with just a few clicks at the same time.

Configure Recruiting Channel
Prerequisites
- You are HR Manager and have a valid license assigned
- You have a contract with Broadbean, if you are interested, please contact us via Customer portal
Click Through
- Start in HR HUB
- In the lower left corner, switch from Overview to Settings
- Under Recruiting, click on Recruiting Channels
- Click on Broadbean and on Authenticate Broadbean
- Fill in the dialogue box with your Broadbean credentials
- Click on Next
- Enter your credentials in the Authenticate for Broadbean Integration window
- Click on Next and Close
- Refresh the page
- Before the Vacancy is published, the Vacancy Id and Posting Identifier must be configured (otherwise create a numbering for these fields - more information here)
- Navigate back to your Vacancy to be published on Broadbean
- Delete the entry "Broadbean" in the list of Recruiting Channels
- The transmission ID will then be generated automatically based on your previously defined settings
- Click on the three points above and select +New Vacancy Publishing
- Select the Recruiting Channel Broadbean
- Save
- Go to the tab Publishing Submissions
- Make sure that the Posting Identifier has automatically been filled
- Save & Close the form
Hint
- You can only configure Recruiting Channels with HR security roles.
- If the submission of your Vacancy to Broadbean did not work despite correct configuration, please contact your contact person.
- Please take care not to deactivate the entry in the Recruiting Channel or create a new entry with the same name. There should be no entries with duplicate names.
Result
Broadbean is now listed among the Recruiting Channels.
