Your role as Commercial Specialist

With our software, companies save hundreds of hours every year in their HR administration and employees have more comfort and security in their daily work.

Your role: You are our all-rounder who has the numbers under control and keeps track of everything. Your main tasks will include our financial accounting, controlling, HR management and general office administration.

We need you in our office for at least 25 hours a week. Do you have more time? Great, we'll also take you on full-time.

Job details

  • Here's how it works: Together with our tax office, you will handle the financial and payroll accounting, including invoicing and dunning; and don't worry: Thanks to the tax office, detailed accounting knowledge is not required. You will prepare in-depth monthly business analyses based on the monthly bookkeeping.
  • You will be responsible for updating the monthly business planning with the actual figures for the previous quarter, as well as deriving the planning for the following quarters.
  • You organize the budget planning of all departments and monitor budget and target achievement on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
  • You manage and are responsible for all HR administration processes, e.g: Coordination with health insurance companies and coordination of onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • You are responsible for controlling in the areas of finance and HR and report to the management.
  • You adapt the price lists to exchange rates and price increases.
  • You work closely with authorities, tax offices, law firms, insurance companies and associations.
  • That makes the whole thing run smoothly.

You are experienced as a Commercial Specialist

  • You already have experience in a similar position and know the challenges of administrative work.
  • You are structured, conscientious and maintain an overview even in stressful situations.
  • You have an in-depth understanding of cost and performance accounting and are familiar with HR management rules and processes.
  • You communicate clearly and professionally in German and English.
  • You are an expert in using Microsoft Excel. You are also proficient in Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • We would be very happy if you have ERP knowledge and experience with DATEV.
