As Junior Sales Manager, we'll set you on the fast track, to make you one of the best Sales Managers within just a few years.
You'll be trained "On the Job", via an intensive training and mentoring program, alongside comprehensive product and sales courses.
You will familiarize yourself with the xRM1 Business Solution, realize the future impact of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform for futureproof companies, and learn how to use it successfully.
The young, dynamic and inspiring xRM1 team in Wuerzburg has transformed the global market for HR Management software with cloud computing.
This is your chance to take more responsibility, as you negotiate with HR directors and CxO on an equal footing.
Your tasks:
Your main task is to follow up on incoming, already qualified leads, to convert them into opportunities and make a successful sale.
You will guide your prospects through a structured and multi-stage sales process to their purchase decision.
You are proficient in communication with prospects via email, phone and online video conferencing.
You diligently keep record of results and next steps, as agreed with your prospect, in the CRM system.
Depending on the countries and regions of your responsibility, you focus on specific time zones . Your working hours are allocated accordingly.
Your backround:
- Affinity and interest in the topics of IT, Cloud and Software
- The ability to listen carefully.
- Goal-oriented, with the will to succeed
- Flexibility and enthusiasm
- Curiosity, Energy, Motivation
- Fluent German
- English (B2 or higher)
Ideally in addition (but not compelling)
- Some sales experience
- Experience in IT/Software industry
