Your role as a Marketing Campaign Manager
With our software, companies save hundreds of hours of effort in their HR administration every year and employees benefit from greater convenience and security in their daily work.
Your part: You organise B2B marketing campaigns worldwide to generate leads for our HR software. We run the campaigns either for ourselves or for our sales partners, often with support from our colleagues at Microsoft (the copywriter of this advert thinks it's a spectacular job).
We have already won Porsche, Edeka, the WWF, the Lufthansa Star Alliance, the German Red Cross and the Munich Security Conference as customers. Which cool brands are you interesting in Hubdrive?
Job details
- It works like this: In the Hubdrive Academy, you will learn how to plan, organize and successfully implement campaigns independently.
- Later on, you will organize complete campaigns with our sales partners such as Telekom or with Microsoft - from the invitation to measuring success.
- Together with the partner, you consider the appropriate measures: Webinars? Trade fairs? Online? LinkedIn campaign? Just a newsletter for now? Everything combined?
- You don't have to worry about the content. Case studies, success stories, testimonial videos - everything is ready and waiting.
- You start with the campaigns in Germany, and as soon as you're fit, it's off to the international market. 36 countries - you have your work cut out for you. (Of course, you don't do it alone - your colleagues are by your side).
- Within two years, you will build up a high-caliber, international network.
- Sometimes challenging: Some partners, especially smaller ones, have less experience. This is where you are needed - with your skills, experience and persuasiveness.
- What works well, you recommend to other partners. There will be a few failures - forget about it.
- This completes the whole thing.
You have no experience in campaign marketing yet
Are you passionate about marketing, but have little or no experience in this field? No problem, apply anyway. We have a solution.
At the Hubdrive Academy, we fill in gaps in your knowledge and you gain the necessary experience through on-the-job training.
