Your role as Partner Success Manager
With our software, companies save hundreds of hours every year in their HR administration and employees benefit from greater convenience and security in their daily work.
Your part in this:
You take strategic measures to ensure that our partners achieve the jointly agreed goals. Your interface function ensures continuous communication with all internal and external contacts.
You generate new exciting partners with great potential at trade fairs, in webinars or on stage. Deutsche Telekom, Microsoft, Ernst & Young and many other partners in 36 countries are keen to successfully acquire and implement customers with you
Your future
- At the beginning, you clarify together with the partners which goals are to be achieved. To this end, you will draw up detailed business plans in which you define the number of new customers to be acquired, the planned annual turnover and the strategic milestones.
- You will ensure that the partners undergo all the necessary training and certification exams to ensure their expertise in our HR software.
- You will also be responsible for developing and implementing marketing measures and partner strategies. You will work closely with our internal team.
- You will also ensure that all relevant KPIs are kept in view. You will analyze the results in regular performance reviews and develop new ideas together with the partner to optimize the collaboration
- You will represent Hubdrive at trade fairs, conferences and other industry events. There you will not only position our company as a trustworthy partner, but also use the opportunity to further expand our partner network.
- As Partner Success Manager, you are largely responsible for optimally expanding our partner network by identifying and acquiring new partners. That makes the whole thing complete.
Your Experience
- You have several years of professional experience in the areas mentioned or, for example, in partner management, alliance management, business development or key account management.
- Your interviewees often come from the management level. Do you feel up to it? And are you eloquent too? Then it's a good fit.
- Strategic thinking, a high level of self-organization and a structured way of working are among your core competencies.
- You have experience in working with cross-functional teams and complex project environments
- Your German and English should be fluent.
- Your degree is not so important to us. What counts for us is experience, standing, eloquence and, of course, your ability to empathize.
