Your role as Product Manager HR Software

With our software, companies save hundreds of hours of effort in their HR administration every year and employees benefit from greater convenience and security in their daily work.

Your part: Every quarter, you ensure that our HR software is a good deal better. This means a lot of organising and communicating with various internal and external stakeholders.

Porsche, the WWF, the Lufthansa Star Alliance, the German Red Cross and the Munich Security Conference are already among our customers. Thanks to your commitment, other well-known customers will also choose our software in the future.

Job details

• How does it work? You are responsible for the continuous improvement of your assigned modules. We have a pipeline of ideas from customers, partners, and experts from which we select optimizations.
• To implement the optimizations, you will create user stories for software development and prepare them for release. You will always keep the technical and functional framework of the platform in mind.
• You will work in an interdisciplinary team and implement your improvements together with our software development team. You will be responsible for implementation and quality assurance, including testing and releases, while ensuring a high level of usability.
• Once everything is implemented to your satisfaction, you will work with our eLearning team to document the functionality for our Learning Center.
• You will then prepare the content for release. You will ensure that our customers and partners are aware of your product improvements through newsletters and website posts. You will also create videos with our marketing team to promote the new features.
• If necessary, you will organize online training sessions to explain the new features in detail.
• This completes the whole thing

You have experience as a Product Manager

• You have several years of professional experience as an IT/software project manager or as a product manager for a software product.
• You have a basic understanding of how software is structured and how the building blocks are connected, e.g. ER model.
• You are used to and enjoy working hands-on.
• You are experienced in creating content in a variety of media and can communicate content clearly and appropriately to both internal teams and external stakeholders.
• You're comfortable with hands-on work - it's what you enjoy and what drives you.
• Your degree is not that important to us. What matters to us is your experience, the quality of your work and your communication skills.
