Your role as a Marketing Assistant

With our software, companies save hundreds of hours of effort in their HR administration every year and employees benefit from greater convenience and security in their daily work.

Your part: You are our organizational talent behind all marketing activities, and with your travel management you send the Hubdrivers on a world tour.

We need you here in our office for at least 30 hours a week. You have more time? Great, we'll also hire you full-time.

This is how we work

  • You discuss upcoming events for the next 6 to 9 months with your manager.
  • You plan details as each event gets closer.
  • You coordinate with hotels, trade fair organizers and suppliers to ensure everything runs smoothly on site.
  • You make sure all leads are captured so the success is transparent.
  • Most of our trips are trade fairs and events, so you handle the few additional business trips with ease.
  • Beyond that, you support your manager with internal quarterly and annual planning.
  • And you help improve our workflows.
  • That completes the picture.

 

You have experience in administration

  • You have experience in organizing travel or events. That matters, and we can’t compromise on it.
  • Trade shows and event management are dynamic – but you already know that.
  • Communication and organization are part of your daily work.
  • You know how to use Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Your German and English must be fluent. You handle events all over the world.
