Your role as Sales Coach Inhouse

Do you want to give your career a boost and share your sales knowledge and experience with an international team? Then you've come to the right place! As an Inhouse Sales Coach, you will support our growing sales team directly from our headquarters in Würzburg. You will coach and develop our sellers who come from different regions of the world. In doing so, you will play a key role in our continued success.

Job details

  • How does it actually work? You motivate and develop our international sales team through individual and group coaching sessions.
  • You address each seller's individual level of experience and coach them on the sticking points that cause them to stumble.
  • You always keep the entire sales process in mind when coaching, so that we can ultimately focus on successfully closing the deal.
  • You work on-site at our headquarters in Würzburg. Our international sales team is based here in Würzburg and works online with all the regions we serve worldwide.
  • You ensure the successful onboarding of new team members and support them on their path to sales success.
  • Together with our management team and sales leadership, you continuously develop new coaching and training formats to take our sales capabilities to the next level.
  • That makes the whole thing complete.

You are experienced as a Sales Coach Inhouse

  • You have several years of experience in in-house sales training and coaching. We need your routine here, unfortunately we can't compromise on that.
  • You are familiar with various sales methods and have a sound knowledge of sales development.
  • You are fluent in German and English and use both languages on a daily basis.
  • You have experience in international sales and are used to dealing with different cultures.
  • Your presentation and moderation skills are outstanding and you inspire your team time and time again.
