Perfect, because as a Senior Recruiter at Hubdrive you are the driving force behind our talent acquisition process.

You are not only responsible for the organization and execution of the entire application process, but also for ensuring that every single candidate has an exceptional candidate experience - from the first email to the first day of work.

With your expertise, you ensure a future-oriented recruiting strategy. Whether through tried-and-tested strategies, new recruiting channels or creative employer branding formats - you proactively shape our way of finding the best talent.

 

Job details

  • This is how it works: You maintain our job list and agree the requirements profile with the specialist department for new vacancies. 
  • Then the recruiting process really gets going: you don't just write job adverts - you turn them into real eye-catchers that attract the best talents. Hopefully this ad will do the same for you ;)?
  • You know exactly where to place our job ads - whether on traditional job boards, LinkedIn or through innovative HR marketing strategies.
  • As the central point of contact, you will be responsible for the entire application process, from initial contact through to our structured onsite assessments and first day on the job. You will organise and conduct interviews, provide rapid feedback, support contract negotiations and keep an eye on the details.
  • Whether it's new approaches or data-driven decisions, you'll make sure our recruiting is not only efficient, but always up to date. You will shape our forward-thinking recruitment strategy and develop it using data.
  • That makes it all complete.

Your experience

  • You have several years of professional experience in recruiting, e.g. as an in-house recruiter (m/f/d), in personnel services / personnel consulting or in HR as a personnel officer (m/f/d). 
  • You are familiar with job boards as well as recruitment marketing campaigns (e.g. recruitment fairs, social media recruiting, etc.) and know how to approach the right candidates.
  • You are an analytical thinker, able to make data-driven decisions and experienced in developing and implementing a recruitment strategy.
  • With your empathetic and engaging manner, you inspire new talent for Hubdrive.
  • You are characterized by a proactive and structured way of working - you tackle topics independently, set clear priorities and always maintain an overview even when requirements change.
  • Your communication is precise and convincing - in both German and English.
