Your role as Support Specialist

With our software, companies save hundreds of hours each year on HR administration, and employees benefit from greater convenience and security in their daily work.

Your role: You take care of organizing the service requests of our customers.

Porsche, Edeka, the WWF, Lufthansa Star Alliance, the German Red Cross, the Munich Security Conference, and many other customers rely on your support.

Job Details

  • It works like this: You are responsible for organizing our customers' service tickets, which means accepting, prioritizing, processing, and communicating requests to customers.
  • You will not be left alone with complicated requests: You forward them to our software development team because you can always rely on our agile team!
  • You will be the first point of contact for service requests for both our customers and our employees and will independently manage internal and external communications.
  • You will be responsible for the administration of our own IT cloud.
  • Continuous improvement of our product and processes is very important to us. You will play an important and responsible role in helping us to further develop our support processes.
  • This will round things off.

Your Experience

  • You have work experience in IT support or as an IT specialist.
  • Computers are your passion, and you enjoy finding solutions to every problem you encounter.
  • You have experience in customer service or customer support.
  • Our team and customer base are diverse and international, so you need to feel comfortable communicating fluently in both German and English.
  • Your degree is not that important to us. What really counts is experience, quality and passion.
