Your role as Team Leader Customer Success

Do you want to give your career a boost and make a big leap up the career ladder? Then we've got something for you!

You will lead the Customer Success Manager team and be responsible for the entire process from the acquisition of new customers from Sales to customer development and success monitoring as well as cross-selling and upselling.

Well-known brands such as Porsche, Edeka or the WWF, but also many small customers in 36 countries are looking forward to digitizing their HR department with you and your team.

We are growing significantly. Scaling processes and training additional Hubdrivers are a big part of your daily responsibilities.

You have experience as a team leader

• You have several years of experience in the comprehensive management of employees. We need your routine here, unfortunately we can't make any compromises.
• You have professional experience in sales, partner management, alliance management, business development or key account management.
• You are interested in the systematic scaling of business cases.
• In any case, you need eloquence, a confident appearance and polished manners. After all, the people you are talking to are established personalities.
• Your German and English should be on point.
