Your role as Team lead Sales

Do you want to take your career to the next level and grow with us? Then we have something for you! You will lead an international sales team that is responsible for the success of Hubdrive.

Your team will work with qualified leads - we don't do cold calling! Your focus will be on leading, coaching and continuously developing your team.

Your team is as colourful as our customers - it consists of people with different language and cultural backgrounds, which makes the working environment dynamic and international.

We are growing rapidly. Scaling processes and training additional Hub Drivers will be a large part of your daily responsibilities.

Job details

  • How does it work?  You will have a daily meeting with your team. You discuss key to-dos and make sure everyone is on track.
  • Your team only handles qualified leads that come directly from marketing. This means that your job is not to find customers, but to guide and inspire them through the sales process.
  • You will use dashboards and KPIs to monitor your team's performance and ensure targets are met.
  • Your team is your responsibility: you will encourage their development and conduct regular 1:1 coaching sessions to discuss challenges and successes. The aim is to make the most of each individual's strengths and move the team forward as a whole.
  • Your team works with clients around the world. You will support your teams on major deals or in winning and maintaining strategic key accounts.
  • You will regularly optimise sales processes in close collaboration with management.
  • You will ensure that your team not only achieves its goals, but also enjoys what they do. That makes it all complete.

You are experienced as a team leader

  • You will have several years' experience of managing a sales team and will have a strong background in B2B sales, ideally in software or capital goods.
  • You are a true coach to your team - developing them is second nature to you.
  • You are passionate about inspiring people and want to systematically grow our sales organisation.
  • You should be fluent in German and English
