Your role as Teamlead

Do you want to give your career a boost and make a big leap up the career ladder? Then we have something for you!

Your team develops the most innovative HR solution in the Microsoft Ecosystem worldwide.

You will do this with a diverse team of software developers - people from Lower Franconia to Kazakhstan.

The entire process is your baby - from development and quality control to documentation and support.

For orientation, a mixture of HR Team Lead and Scrum Master would be ideal.

We are growing very fast. Scaling processes and training additional hub drivers are a big part of your daily responsibilities.

Job details

  • How does it actually work? The development process starts every 3 months with a new roll-up update. Which modules we improve next is on the roadmap.
  • Your team discusses the new features with product management. The process is established. Nevertheless, you keep an eye on it.
  • The daily organization is still very dynamic. Please actively contribute your expertise to improve the process.
  • You see each other in the office every day, because we think direct communication is important - the conversations in the kitchen, the shouting across the corridor. It's also more fun. At least we think so.
  • Fortunately, we don't have the stress of project delivery. For us, the focus is on quality.
  • We are often exploring new technological territory, trying out paths that no one else has taken before. Of course, this can sometimes go wrong. But that's the only way we can develop excellence.
  • You coordinate online with your Microsoft colleagues at headquarters several times a month and fly over about twice a year.
  • Your team takes care of 3rd level support. This means that product errors are reported directly to the team and are rectified with the next update.
  • Let's move on to the employees. This is very important to us! You make sure that your employees find joy and meaning in their work. Every four weeks, you sit down with each individual and discuss how things are going.
  • We regularly hire new developers and your input is important here too, because you know what expertise we need and who fits into the team.
  • That makes the whole thing complete.

You are experienced as a team leader

  • You have several years of experience in the comprehensive management of employees. We need your routine here, unfortunately we can't compromise on that.
  • Your team is close to your heart. You want them to develop further.
  • You have expertise in managing employees in the areas of software development, quality assurance, software life cycle management or SaaS.
  • You may also have experience as a project manager.
  • Your German and English should be fluent.
