Calendars


Dynamics HR Management gives you the ability to manage individual calendars. For example, you can create holiday calendars for specific regions and assign them to the appropriate employees. These calendars are then taken into account, for example, in absence management and in time management.

Dynamics HR Management already gives you some calendars out-of-the-box. If you need more calendars, read how to create them here.

1. Create calendar


1. Create calendar

Go to Calendars and press +NEW

 

Now enter an apt Name for the calendar. Furthermore, indicate from when this calendar should be valid. If you do not specify an end date for your calendar, it will be permanently valid. This option is eg used for the calendar that defines the weekends. Save the calendar

 

In the sector Calendar Entries click on the Ellipsis and then on Add new calendar entry to add new calendar entries

 

In the sector Assigned Regions click on the Ellipsis and then on to add Areas which will use this calendar
