Dynamics HR Management gives you the ability to manage certificates that are needed and / or awarded on a regular basis in your organization. The certificates can be classified into different categories: Professional Certificates, Soft Skill Competence Certificates, Language Certificates, Other Certificates
1. Create certificates

Go to Certificates and press +NEW
Enter all desired information and Save & Close the record
Name: Enter an apt name
ID: You can define an ID
Type: Select a classification for this certificate
Issued by: You can select who is issuing the certificate
Maximum Score: Set the maximum reachable score for this certificate
