Dynamics HR Management offers you the possibility to easily and simply manage the insurance of your employees.


1. Create insurance

2. Assign insurance


1. Create insurance

Go to Insurances and press +NEW

 

Enter all relevant data and click Save & Close

 

You just created a new insurance and can now assign the appropriate employees.

2. Assign insurance

Usually, you enter the insurance of an employee in the Digital Personnel File, but you can also assign employees in the insurance record.

Open the insurance you want to assign employees to.

Click Add existing employee to add employees

 

After adding all appropriate employees press Save & Close

 


Note:

Details like the insurance ID can be added in the Digital Personnel File of the employees in the sector HR Management Details
