Medical Exams

Dynamics HR Management allows you to plan recurring medical exams and assign them to the affected employees.

Possible examinations could be vision tests for professional drivers or vaccinations for employees in the medical field.

These records serve only to define the examinations. You can then assign them to your employees.

On the Deadline Dashboard, you can then view all upcoming examinations of your employees for the next 3 months.

1. Create medical exam

Go to Medical Exams and press +NEW

Enter a name for the medical exam (eg Vision Test or Vaccination - Hepatitis B) and click Save & Close

The medical exam is now ready to be assigned to employees
