Punch Clock
If your company uses a time clock to record the attendances with a card, a token or similar, you can continue to do so as usual. The attendance details are then transferred to the system.
To see the times recorded by the time clock, follow the steps at the bottom of this article.
Virtual Time Clock
If you do not use a physical time clock, you can use the virtual time clock to record your attendances.
Note: If you use the HR Self-Services App, you will find the virtual time clock directly under Navigation Bar -> Employee Self-Services -> Time Clock. If you do not use this app, please continue reading. More information can be found here: Introduction
Go to Navigation Bar -> HR -> Dashboards
From the drop-down-field select Virtual Time Clock Dashboard
Simply click on the appropriate button to record your attendance. The availability of the buttons adapts to your current presence status so that, for example, you only have Start Work available in the morning or, if you have already started, you can only select End Work and Start Break
