Redeem invitation to the Benefit Broker Portal
Objective
The Benefit Broker Organization will only be required to engage in the registration process when it comes to redeeming the created invitation code. Benefit Brokers will have the code generated by the HR Manager or HR representative for the organization and will be given the Invitation Code with the Benefit Broker Portal URL in order to register to begin offering and providing Benefits.

Sends Created Invitation to Benefit Broker
Benefit Broker
Accesses the Benefit Broker Portal to redeem the invitation code and register
Click Through
- Start at the Home Page of the Benefit Broker Portal using the URL received when the Invitation Code was sent
- Select the Sign In option in the top right corner
- Select the Redeem Invitation tab
- Enter the Invitation Code as sent by the HR Manager or HR representative
- Select Register
- Enter a registration Email address
- Enter a Username
- Enter a Password
- Confirm Password
- Select Register
- Once Register has been selected, a page for 'Your information' will be displayed, this is to confirm the details entered for you and your organization.
- Select the Confirm Email icon to confirm the email address
- Select Update
Result
Once the invitation has been redeemed and the registration process completed, the Broker can create and submit Benefits via the Portal.
