Create a new View

Objective

The Hubdrive solution already offers a multitude of views for different tables by default. If you want to create a new permanent view by using filters, you can do that by following this tutorial. Keep in mind, these views are private and need to be shared with other users if they should have access to them.

Prerequisites

  • You are an HR Manager

Click Through

  • Start in HR HUB
  • Go to the area where you want to create a new view (e.g. Employees)
  • Click on Edit Filters
  • Create your desired view by using the filters
    • Add row: Gives you the opportunity to filter the view by checking field values of the records in the entity
    • Add group: Gives you the opportunity to add another group to an already filtered view
    • Add related entity: Filter the view by values of fields in a related entity to the one you are viewing
  • When you are done with configuring your view, click Apply
  • Click on theview dropdown next to the title
  • Click on Save as new viewat the bottom
  • Give a name to your new view
  • Give a description to your new view
  • Click on Save
