Sections of Digital Personnel File (HR Manager): Employment Terms & Wages
Objective
The objective of this page is to explain the fields in the Tab Employment Terms & Wages of the Digital Personnel File.
Overview: Tab Employment Terms & Wages
This tab is divided into 3 sections. It displays work information of the employee, such as their current valid Employment Term, the Wages and Payments.
Employment Terms (screenshot) | This table contains the current Employment term of the employee, but also shows old contracts (if they exist), and contracts for the future, in Draft status. |
Wages (screenshot) | Here, the HR Manager can easily see all the wage types assigned to the employee, including bonus, commissions and so on. |
Payments (screenshot) | This table displays a list of all payments already made to the employee. |
Click Through
- Start in HR HUB
- Under Administration, click on Employees
- Open the file of an employee
- Go to the tab Employment Terms & Wages
