Sections of Digital Personnel File (HR Manager): Employment Terms & Wages

Objective

The objective of this page is to explain the fields in the Tab Employment Terms & Wages of the Digital Personnel File.

Overview: Tab Employment Terms & Wages

This tab is divided into 3 sections. It displays work information of the employee, such as their current valid Employment Term, the Wages and Payments.
Employment Terms (screenshot) This table contains the current Employment term of the employee, but also shows old contracts (if they exist), and contracts for the future, in Draft status.
Wages (screenshot) Here, the HR Manager can easily see all the wage types assigned to the employee, including bonus, commissions and so on.
Payments (screenshot) This table displays a list of all payments already made to the employee.

Click Through

  • Start in HR HUB
  • Under Administration, click on Employees
  • Open the file of an employee
  • Go to the tab Employment Terms & Wages
