The Employee Cockpit
Objective
The Employee Cockpit is the central point in your HR for Dynamics solution regarding employee self-services. From here, you have quick access to all important functionalities and an overview of the most important data.
Prerequisites
- You are an Employee, Supervisor or HR Manager and have a valid license assigned
- Your access to HR for Dynamics has been configured by your company
Click Through
- Start in HR HUB Employee Self-Services (as Supervisor, start in HR HUB Manager Self-Services)
- By Default, the Employee Cockpit will be the first page to open
- If you want to return to it later, select Dashboards in the left site map
Hint
The Employee Cockpit contains four shortcuts:
- Create New Leave Request will allow you to create a new leave request
- Create New HR Request will allow you to create a new HR Request
- My Employee Data will open your Digital Personnel File
- Show Hierarchy will show where you are within your organization's hierarchy
