Filter data grids

Objective

Data grids are a commonly used interface throughout HR For Dynamics.  These data grids are used to display information across the HR landscape such as employee information, Payroll, Leave Requests, Vacancies, Talent Management, and much more. 

The information in these data grids have an easy to use 'Filter' system, this means that the data displayed can be customized to ensure the information displayed is as specific as the HR Manager requires.  In turn, this means that the information is as accurate as possible for organizational requirements, ensuring that strategic business decisions can be made based on real-time and accurate data, that is accessed by an easy to use and out of the box functionality.

  • Start in HR HUB
  • Navigate to the area you want to view data in
  • You can filter data in every column to display the data required
  • To do so, click on the small arrow next to the column name and select the desired filters
