Creating a HR Request as an employee
Objective
HR Request is a way of communication between the HR Managers and the employees, making the process of requests easy, safe and uncomplicated.
Process
Employee
Places a request for the HR Manager
HR Manager
Provides employee's request
Click Through
- Start in HR HUB Employee Self-Services
- Go to the Employee Cockpit
- Click on Create New HR Request
- Add a Subject
- Add Regarding (optional)
- Add the Due Date
- Add details (optional)
- Save & Close
Hint
- After populating all the fields, do not click on 'Complete HR Request', but instead, Save & Close. The 'Complete' Button should only be selected after the request is completed by the HR Manager, since it causes the record to be deactivated.
- The process for an HR request can be done in both ways, employee to manager and vice-versa.
