With the provided templates, companies can start to work immediately without worrying about creating several templates and also configuring the system.
- The meal allowances for Switzerland are not delivered out-of-the-box. The HR Manager needs to maintain the base settings in order to use it, so whenever an employee uses the Travel & Receipts module, the allowances will be automatically calculated.
- The mandatory breaks configuration is already taken care of. Whenever an employee, inside the Swiss territory, uses the time and attendance module, the configuration of breaks is already included out-of-the-box. So if an employee works more than 5,5 hours a day, he/she will get 15 minutes of break. If the employees work more than 7 hours a day, then they are entitled to 30 minutes of break. And last, but not least, the employees will have 1 hour of break, if the work more than 9 hours a day.
- The calendars for all the regions are already included, with all the regional and bank holidays, removing the need for the HR Manager to create those entries.
- The integration with Stepstone and Broadbean is already delivered within the standard solution, making the publishing of vacancies uncomplicated.
- Local Absence Types are delivered according to the Swiss standards, ready to be used.
They are already designed to respect the local regulation, such as adding the absent hours to the daily summaries (e.g. employee goes on Vacation, and the hours will be added to the daily summaries, ensuring that those days are not being deducted from his/her payment).
