How to create and work with a Training Provider
Objective
You can assign a provider to your training or training plan. This gives you the option of classifying whether it is, for example, an internal or external training. The provider is an account in your system.
Prerequisites
- You are HR Manager and have a valid license assigned
- This functionality becomes available with Rollup Update 42
Click Through
- Start in HR HUB
- Switch to Settings in the lower left corner
- Under Administration, click on Employer Accounts
- Click on + New
- Directly under the Title, select the Training Provider form from the Drop-down
- Assign an Account Name
- Optionally, you can add a Parent Account
- This allows you to create a hierarchical structure between your Training Providers
- Save
- The account is now created
- You will now see 2 new areas: Trainer and Examiners
- Here you need to add the persons (contacts) who are authorized to be trainers or examiners in the company.
- Click on + New Contact in the sections to add contacts.
- Fill all necessary information, then Save and Close at the bottom.
- These contacts can then be added as trainers or examiners in your trainings / learning modules / exams / events.
- After adding all relevant contacts for this training provider, Save & Close
- If necessary, repeat those steps until all your Training Providers are in the list.
