HR Management

HR overview

  • Depict your business processes with the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 Business Process Flows. They are now available out of the box for open placements, applications and requests for leave.
  • Special HR fields are preallocated with field level security, e.g. bank data and personal information. Read and write permissions depend on field security profiles, making them only accessible for authorized HR personell.
  • The active and inactive status reasons for core entities were edited and adapted according to HR processes.

Dashboards and Reports

  • xRM1 HR Management offers new Dashboards in the areas of Recruiting, Organization, Development and Employee Services. In addition, a HR Dashboard for Executives was added.
  • Meaningful charts are available in all HR Dashboards and the relevant views.

Employee Services

  • A new reason for absence was added. Now also sick leave can be tracked by employee, department or business unit.
  • The Fast Time Entry and the Employee Cockpit were added to the navigation bar in order to simplify the navigation of xRM1 HR Managment in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013.

    • Employee Cockpit

  • In the Employee Cockpit, a column chart shows the comparison of leave and remaining leave for the respective employee.
  • In the Employee Cockpit, a stacked column chart shows the target achievement from the last 5 performance reviews. It is shown whether the employee achieved the target completely, partially or not at all.
  • In the Employee Cockpit, an overview of open targets from the employees' performance reviews was added.
  • The new workhour breakdown chart is now indicating the recorded hours in terms of open, completed, invoiced

      • Organization

    • A digital signature was added when process resources are marked as responsible or accountable for a process in terms of RACI. This functionality can be either used for acceptance of responsibilities or approvals by management.
    • Trigger functionality was added for HR processes.
    • Select a substitute for process resources. The substitute can be chosen individually for each resource in every process.

        • Recruiting

      • HR Recruiting Channels show where open placements are published internally and externally. Detailed information including costs, publication site and listing data may be added to each record.
      • For applicants, only basic data has to be entered. If the applicant seems to be interesting, additional data can be entered any time. This ensures a speedy capturing of all applicants, without adding the whole complexity of the application for unsuitable candidates.
      • Emails with job refusals may now be automatically sent via workflow. A default text was added, too.
      • Select the necessary skills for a job profile. Applications may be supplemented with the applicant’s skills. These skills can be matched to those of the relevant job profile.
      • Determine the necessary skill level for each skill of a job profile. Assess applicants' skill levels, add them to the corresponding application and compare them to those of the relevant job profile.
      • The possibility to prerate the aptitude of each applicant was added. HR may prequalify the applicant if he/she is qualified for the job profile.

          • Infrastructure

        • The connection with the License Management of xRM1 was improved, to ensure better control over license amounts and usage of the system.
