Your role

With our software, we enable companies to make their HR processes more efficient, optimise integration experiences and offer users a convenient, intuitive user experience.

Your role: You will be responsible for creating and improving integrations as well as developing and enhancing your own modules. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders and ensure that our solutions exceed our customers' expectations and strengthen our unique selling points.

Porsche, the WWF, the Lufthansa Star Alliance, the German Red Cross and the Munich Security Conference are already among our customers. Thanks to your commitment, other well-known customers will also decide in favour of our software in the future.

Job details

You are responsible for how our HR software integrates with Microsoft's core technologies (Office 365, Power Platform).
How does it work in practice? You will coordinate the implementation of software integrations, develop and optimize your own modules, and ensure their quality through extensive testing.
You will create detailed user stories, prepare decision templates, and develop innovative and best-practice solutions based on partner feedback and your own experience.
You will maintain the product backlog, fix product bugs and ensure continuous improvement of our solutions.
You will create documentation, including content for our learning center, newsletters, and walk-through scripts, and add realistic demo data, conduct internal and external training and certification exams, and support consultants and partners during implementation.
Represent your module in online partner events, walk-throughs, and 1st level support to foster collaboration and resolve issues efficiently.

Your experience as a Technical Product Manager

You have several years of experience in product management, software integration, or a similar position.
You know what it takes to integrate software systems and how to achieve a high standard of quality.
You are experienced in working with cross-functional teams and complex project structures.
Work in a structured, self-organized manner and think strategically
You are comfortable communicating at eye level, including with senior management.
Your German and English should be fluent, we can't compromise on that.
Your degree is of secondary importance to us. What counts for us is your experience, the quality of your work and your communication skills.
