You receive an email with questions from an applicant in Teams or Outlook. If you click “Reply”, Microsoft Copilot can suggest answers to all questions.

Copilot uses the content of all previous emails including attachments and all information stored in HR for Dynamics, such as positions, job profiles, applications and CVs. You can briefly revise the suggested answers, add additional information, and send the email.
