Provider

Go to Navigation Bar -> HR -> Provider

 

Here you can see a list of all training providers available to you, both internal and external providers. You can also directly see which provider holds which training at which location including the costs incurred.

To create a new provider, click on the + Icon in the menu bar.

 

Now fill in all fields:

  • Training: Select the Training that will be held by this provider
  • Provider: You can determine here if you have already entered the provider in your system or if it is a new provider
  • Trainer/Name: Depending on what you have previously selected, you can now select the Company from your database or enter the Name of the new provider
  • Trainer: You can select whether the trainer is an External Contact or an Employee
  • Speaker/Employee: You can select the contact or employee holding the training
  • Location: Select the Location where the Training takes place
  • Costs: You can enter the costs for the training
  • Type: You can select whether the Training is internal or external
  • Rating: You can rate the provider. This could be based, for example, on the ratings that participants are to give after the Trainings

Save & Close the data record
