Work Certificates

Dynamics HR Management offers you a feature with which you can create a work certificate with little effort. With just a few clicks, you can create an evaluation template. The supervisor only fills out the evaluation form and rates all categories and finally a work certificate is automatically created using predefined text modules.

If you wish, you can create further text modules or modify existing ones. More information can be found here: Base Data - Work Certificate Ratings

Finally, you can export the work certificate to a Word document, edit it there if necessary, and print it out for transfer.

Go to Navigation Bar -> HR -> Work Certificates

 

In this view you will find a list of all work certificates that you have created so far or that you are currently working on. Here you can read old references again or create new ones.

 

Create Work Certificate

In the menu bar, click +NEW

 

Now fill in all mandatory fields and save the record.

  • Employee: Select the appropriate employee here
  • Certificate category: Choose whether it is an Interim Report or a Leaving Certificate
  • Certificate Issue Reason: Choose the for this certificate
  • Work Certificate Issue Date: Specify the date of issue here.

 

By saving the record, all relevant information from the employee's Digital Personnel File is copied to the certificate.

It is now particularly important that you enter which HR manager is responsible for this certificate and who is the Rating Manager. The manager of the employee is assumed as the default. However, you can still change this now.

Once you have completed or corrected all the data, click Next Phase

 

An automatic email is now sent to the rating manager, who is informed that an evaluation is due for rating. Using the link contained in the email, the manager can directly access this certificate and enter his or her ratings for all categories.

The manager simply selects the appropriate grade from the drop-down menus. As soon as the record is saved, the text fields are filled automatically. The texts are selected on the basis of language and gender, as specified in the Digital Personnel File.

Finally, the rating manager clicks on Next Phase

 

As HR manager, you are now informed by email that the rating has been completed. You now have the opportunity to make further adjustments or changes. As soon as everything is to your satisfaction, you can click on Finish and export the result.

We recommend to create a template for this purpose.
