360° Feedback

Go to Navigation Bar -> HR -> 360° Feedback

This feature provides you with an overview of the 360° feedbacks of all employees. The entries appearing here are all created and distributed exclusively via the Review Distribution.

The overview also shows you at a glance the average overall rating, the rating of the supervisor and peers as well as the self-rating.

As soon as the 360° feedback distribution has been completed, all reviewers are automatically informed and asked to give their feedback. The employee himself also gets informed for a self-rating.

You can add the reviewers in the digital employee file under the "Performance" tab (360° reviewers). There you can define the desired colleagues of the employee, as well as supervisors as reviewers.

If you open one of the 360° feedback records, you can see how the average ratings of the individual rating groups are composed. You will see the average rating of the rating categories of each group.
