Medical Records
Go to Navigation Bar -> HR -> Medical Records
This feature provides you with a clear list of all medical records. You can see at a glance whether an entry is a general examination or a medical examination and also whether appointments are pending for the renewal of these examinations.
The data for this overview is taken directly from the Digital Personnel Files of the employees and updated in case of changes.
We recommend that you create new entries directly in the employee's Digital Personnel Files and use this overview only for evaluations.

To do this, you can use the filter function to adapt the view to your requirements.
Click on the funnel symbol (1) in the upper right corner of the area. This will cause small arrows to appear next to the column labels. If you open one of these arrows (2), you can, for example, sort the view alphabetically or define your own filter rules using user-defined filters (3), for example to display only certain employees or to check which employees have a certain certificate.

If you open an entry via double-click, you will receive a detailed display of this medical record and can adjust it if you wish
