1. Overview

The section Medical Records & Equipment is divided into two sectors

 

1. Medical Records

In this sector, you can add and manage medical records. You can enter one-time examinations so that you always have a record of them at hand.

However, you can also enter regularly recurring examinations, such as an eye test for drivers, which the system will remind you of in due course.

 

2. Equipment

Here you can assign equipment that is available in your company to the employee. This can be all types of equipment, from an office chair to a notebook to a company car.

2. Medical Records

To create a new entry, click on the + Icon in the upper right corner of the sector

 

Now first select whether it is a standard examination that you have already created in the Basic Settings, or a one-time examination that may take place unscheduled.

In the case of a standard examination, the field Medical Examination is optional

 

If it is not a standard examination, you must manually enter the type of Medical Examination here

 

The Status Reason determines whether the examination is Valid or whether the examination is to be renewed. This enables you to distinguish at a glance between examinations that have already expired or examinations that were planned.

In the lowest sector, you enter the date of the examination and specify whether and when a new examination is to take place. The future examination date also ensures that you receive a reminder from the system as soon as a new examination occurs. The examination date appears accordingly in the HR Dashboard.

For a complete overview of all past and upcoming health checks for all employees, go to Navigation Bar -> HR -> Medical Records

 

To delete an entry, e.g. because the examination was entered incorrectly, click once in the line of the entry and then select the small trash can at the right end of the line. Confirm the deletion and the entry disappears

3. Equipment

To assign tools to employees, they must already be created in the system. More information can be found here: Base Data - Equipment

Click on the + Icon in the upper right corner of the sector and the Quick Create Menu opens

 

Here you can select the desired equipment that you want to assign to the employee



Note:

If you want to cancel the assignment of an equipment, open the record with a double click and remove the employee there.

Do NOT use the delete option in the overview. This would delete the equipment!
