How to set up standard company information for Work Certificates

Objective

Employee Work Certificates are a document issued to employees upon termination of their employment with a company, whether the termination is voluntary or involuntary.  

Hubdrive offers the option of automatically creating Work Certificates for employees using a template if required. Among other things, Work Certificates contain information about the company the employee is leaving. This information can be defined in the settings to ensure the consistency of future references.

This guide shows you how to set up the standard company information for work certificates.

Prerequisites

  • Log in as System Admin

Click Through

  • Start in HR HUB
  • Click on the gear icon in the upper right corner and select Advanced Settings 
  • A new window will open in your browser. Open the settings here by clicking on the arrow next to "Settings"
  • Under "Process Center", click on Processes (Screenshot)
  • Using the drop-down, switch from "My processes" to All processes (Screenshot)
  • Search for Work certificate company description template - [Multilingual] - Hubdrive in the top right corner and open this process by clicking on the name
  • A new window will open. First disable the process by clicking on Deactivate (Screenshot)
  • Confirm the dialog that appears by clicking the Deactivate button. 
  • Click on Set Properties under "Add/Change Work certificate Company Description in appropriate language" to customize the company description. Make sure to select the desired language. (Screenshot)
  • A new window opens again. Here you can centrally store or adapt a company description under "Company description". Simply insert or adjust the text. (Screenshot)
  • Save and close your changes. 
  • Now activate the process again (Screenshot)
  • Confirm the dialog that appears by clicking the Activate button. You can now close the window.
