HR Manager: Benefit Enrollment Approval

Objective

Employee Benefit Enrollment is used by all employees within an organization to engage with the benefits that they are eligible for in line with organizational policies and rules.

This page will describe how an HR Manager can approve the benefits an employee enrolled for.

Process

HR Manager
Uses Benefit Rollout Center to provide Employees with benefits for enrollment
Employee
Reviews Benefits, selects Benefit Enrollment option, and submits to HR Manager for approval
HR Manager
Reviews benefit enrollments in the Benefit Enrollments area and Approves

Prerequisites

  • Employee has reviewed benefits, chosen Benefit Enrollment option, and submitted for HR Manager approval

Click Through

  • Start in HR HUB
  • Under Benefit Management select Benefit Enrollments
  • Identify and enter the desired Benefit Enrollment record
  • Review the Benefit Enrollment information
  • In the HR Manager field, ensure the HR Manager details are entered
  • Click on HR Manager Decision in the Business Process flow
  • Using the drop down menu, select Approved or Rejected depending on the requirement
  • If you select Rejected, enter a Reason
  • Select Finish

Result

Once finish is selected, the record remains active if Approved, and inactive if Rejected.  The employee will be able to see the Benefits in their Self-Service under the respective Views.
