Send Email

The Send Email Function is a fully automated process. It directly sends an email based on the chosen customization as part of a fully automated workflow. There is no additional action by the user required as soon as the workflow has started.

Create Email

The Create Email Function creates an email based on the customizations done. This function does not, however, send out the email like the send email function. It only creates the email, that can then still be customized by the user. Sending the email with this function requires the user to manually send the email.
This is especially helpful, if you want to give the created mail a personal touch before sending it, like referencing something that happened in a job interview.
