Setup - Recruiting Power Extension

The Hubdrive Power Extensions Recruiting and Recruiting Portal for Finance & Operations Human Resources allow Recruiters and HR Managers to easily create Vacancies connected to the Jobs, Positions and Departments structure of their organization. The vacancies can be published to the integrated Recruiting Portal and applications coming from the Recruiting Portal are automatically connected to the Vacancy in Dynamics 365.

When the decision is made to hire an Applicant for the Vacancy, the Applicant record is converted into an Employee, and from that a Worker in F&O HR is generated, with an Employment starting on the agreed start date. This worker is placed on the correct Position, assigned the Job and placed in the Department from which the Vacancy was created.

How to synchronize F&O Jobs with Hubdrive Job Profile

  1. Navigate to the F&O Job view in "F&O Integration" Area of the HR Hub App under "F&O HR Integration - Job"
  2. Select all records which you want to synchronize.
  3. On the selected records, run the Cloud Flow "F&O Integration - F&O Job - Job Profile - Hubdrive"
  4. Wait for the flows to finish, then verify in the "HR Hub" Area under "Recruiting - Job Profiles" that all records have successfully been synchronized.

How to synchronize F&O Position with Hubdrive Position

  1. Navigate to the F&O Position view in "F&O Integration" Area of the HR Hub App under "F&O HR Integration - Position"
  2. Select all records which you want to synchronize.
  3. On the selected records, run the Cloud Flow "F&O Integration - F&O Position - Position - Hubdrive"
  4. Wait for the flows to finish, then verify in the "HR Hub" Area under "Administration - Positions" that all records have successfully been synchronized.

How to synchronize F&O Department with Hubdrive Departments

  1. Navigate to the F&O Department view in "F&O Integration" Area of the HR Hub App under "F&O HR Integration - Department"
  2. Select all records which you want to synchronize.
  3. On the selected records, run the Cloud Flow "F&O Integration - F&O Department- Department - Hubdrive"
  4. Wait for the flows to finish, then verify in the "Settings" Area under "Administration - Departments" that all records have successfully been synchronized.
