Complete OKR Process at the end of the quarter

Objective

At the end of a quarter, the quarter should be evaluated. The Supervisor assesses how successful the quarter was and provides feedback to the CxO level on which sub-targets were achieved.
For this purpose, the Key Results & KPIs are deactivated by the Supervisor of the department, with the respective status reason. The Progress is passed on to the Objective and the Supervisor is also responsible for whether the Objective has been achieved.

If Key Results / KPIs / Objectives have not been achieved, a decision must be made as to whether the respective entries should be carried over to the following quarter (together with the past Progress) or whether new sub-targets should be set.

Click Through

  • Start in HR HUB Objectives & Key Results
  • Under OKR, click on Objectives
  • The view My active Objectives opens
  • Here, you see all Objectives you are responsible for
  • Click on your first Objective and from there, navigate to the underlying Key Results and KPIs
  • Open the first element
  • Click on Deactivate in the top bar
  • A window opens where you can choose a Status Reason:
    • Accomplished (Progress is passed on to the Objective)
    • Not achieved (Progress is passed on to the Objective)
    • Canceled (Progress is NOT passed on to the Objective)
  • Choose the fitting option from the drop-down, then click on Deactivate
  • Repeat this for all completed Key Results and KPIs within your Objectives
  • Afterwards, go to the respective Objective and deactivate it as well. This is how you provide Feedback to C-Level.

Hint

  • Start planning for the following quarter in good time. As a rule, planning should start 2 weeks before the start of the next quarter.
