Dashboards are not only available for the HR Manager. Dashboards are available across the employee base, this means that supervisors can review data regarding Leave Summaries or Performance and Potential for their employees, and also their own Self-Service data.
Employees also have the availability to use Dashboards to their advantage by having access to real-time data, the employee Self-Service Dashboards can be used by employees to review their Virtual Time Clock entries, Active Training Plan, and Leave Requests.
Dashboards ensure that all members of the organization across the employee base are kept up to date with real-time information to ensure that they are informed on a wide array of organizational and personal data.
