Info page: Skill Life Cycle

Objective

Hubdrive offers you a holistic solution in which you 'carry' your skills from the beginning as an applicant and expand and develop them during the course of the employment in employee reviews. New goals are set and discussed in a cyclical manner.

It starts with the application through our recruiting portal: Applicants submit a self-assessment of the skills required for the position in question.
Once an applicant is hired and thus becomes an employee, these skills are transferred to the digital personnel file. During the first employee review, skill gaps are identified and training needs emerge. The new employee attends training, and thus has the opportunity to gain new skills.
The newly acquired skills are automatically updated in the Digital Personnel File. In the next performance review, these new skills are evaluated and assessed.

New goals are then agreed upon, and the cycle starts all over again, with participation in trainings.
