Details

With the provided templates, companies can start to work immediately without worrying about creating several templates and also configuring the system.
  • The meal allowances for Belgium are not included. The HR Manager needs to maintain the base settings in order to use it. So whenever an employee need to use the Travel and Expenses module, the allowances will be automatically calculated.
  • The mandatory break configuration has to be done by the HR Manager. This functionality will then automatically calculate how much time of break an employee has, based on his/her working times. Please follow this tutorial for the Mandatory Break configuration.
  • The calendars should be maintained by the HR Manager. The configuration will be necessary, because of the relationship with the Time & Attendance and the Leave & Absence Module. Please use this link to configure the holiday calendars.
  • The integration with local job boards is already delivered within the standard solution, making the publishing of vacancies uncomplicated. For Belgium, the Broadbean configuration is delivered.
  • Local Absence Types are delivered according to Belgian standards, ready to be used. 
    They are already designed to respect the local regulation, such as adding the absent hours to the daily summaries (e.g. employee goes on Vacation, and the hours will be added to the daily summaries, ensuring that those days are not being deducted from his/her payment).
