LMS 365 usage for Trainees

Objective

With the LMS365 integration, your learning experience is transferred to the world of LMS365. LMS offers you various additional functions. Nevertheless, you will receive the corresponding Certificates and Skill Levels in your HR for Dynamics Digital Personnel File upon completion of the respective course.

Process

HR Manager
Creates Training
HR Manager
Creates Course Content in LMS365
Employee
Sees the available eLearning Trainings and registers to the course 
Employee
Follows the Course Path and finishes it
Employee
Gets the Certificate as Certification & the additional Skill Levels

Prerequisites

  • LMS365 integration is successfully set up
  • You need Licenses from LMS365 - please get in contact with them

Click Through

  • Start in HR HUB Employee Self Services
  • In the lower left corner, switch from 'My Time & Leave' to Employee Self-Service 
  • Under Training, click on Trainings
  • Here, you can see all available Trainings – including the ones with the Type E-Learning
  • Click on a Training with the Type E-Learning
  • Then, this Training will open
  • Click on the globe icon next to Course URL
  • Your LMS365 Course opens
  • Click on Enroll
  • Follow the Learning Path
  • As soon as you have completed the course, the stored Certificate and the corresponding acquired Skill Levels are automatically stored in your Digital Personnel File.

Here, you can see a Training with the link to LMS 365.
