Create a Work Certificate as a Word Document

Objective

This page shows you how to create a Word Document from a Work Certificate record in the solution. This document is based on the Word Template for Work Certificates you created earlier.

Prerequisites

Click Through

  • Start in HR HUB
  • Under Administration, click on Employees
  • Open the file of the employee for whom you want to issue the Work Certificate
  • In the top bar, select Word Templates, then Upload Template
    • Select the Word Template for Work Certificates you previously created and upload it
  • Under Administration, click on Work Certificates
  • In Active Work Certificates mark the desired record
  • Select Word Templates, in the drop down menu under Personal Word Templates, identify the Work Certificate, mark it and click on Download
    • This will initiate the download process for the created work certificate. Enter the record in the Downloads area and process as required. 

Result

After following those steps, the Word Document with the personalized Work Certificate for your employee will be downloaded. You can print this out to hand it to your employee, convert it to PDF and mail it to them, or otherwise process the document however you see fit.
